Caro's Pico de Gallo and Guacamole

Caro's Pico de Gallo

3 to 4 Roma tomatoes
3 thin slices onion, chopped
1 to 2 serrano chiles with seeds, diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
salt to taste

Caro's Guacamole

3 avocados (small to medium)

Mash 3 avocados with 1 to 2 teaspoons milk.

When ready to serve, add 2 tablespoons Pico de Gallo and salt to taste.

Vicki's Guacamole

2 avocados, mashed (about 1 cup)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
cup black olives, chopped
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon chili powder
dash of cayenne pepper

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy. Chill.
