1 cup egg noodles- cooked
1 slice bread
Butter
Ketchup

Directions:

1. Cook your egg noodles according to packaging

2. Toast your bread. This can be done in a toaster, but tastes better if you butter a pan and toast it in a pan on the stove with butter.

3. Cut the toast into small square pieces, about the size of croutons.

4. Mix the egg noodles and toast together. It tastes best if the the bread crumbles a bit and leaves little crumbs on the noodles!

5. Top with ketchup (as much as desired) and mix. Add more ketchup if needed.

Jess: Every time Mom was gone when I was little, dad would make me this recipe! It's my go to recipe when I get homesick. It works best if you buy a good brand of ketchup! None of the sugar free stuff.
