Enough lamb shanks to feed as many ppl as having
2-3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 onions, cut into chunks
Package of baby carrots.

Directions:
Directions:
Place lamb in large baking dish or turkey baker, add potatoes and carrots. Season with lawry’s garlic salt and pepper. Pour on ketchup, massaging spices and ketchup into meat, and on vegetables. Add about 1/2 inch of water to bottom of pan. Bake in 350 oven until lamb is fork tender.
