3 cups cooked yams or sweet potatoes
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
2 T milk
1/4 tsp salt
8 marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes or yams. Add butter, sugar, milk, and salt. Scoop about 1/4 cup potato mixture. Place marshmallow in center. Cover with more mixture. Shape into ball and roll in cornflake crumbs. Place on buttered baking sheet. Cover with foil and freeze. When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until marshmallows begin to ooze.
