Ingredients:  
1 stick of sugar cookie dough.
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounce cool whip
green grapes
2 Kiwi
bananas
strawberries
1 jar Apricot preserves
4 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cookie dough into pizza pan that's been sprayed with PAM.
Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown.
Mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar.
Spread on cooled cookie dough in pizza pan.
Topping with fruit:
Grape cut in half length wise, place around outside cookie edge.
Strawberries washed and cut in slices and placed next to grapes.
Kiwi peeled and sliced placed next to strawberries.
Bananas that have been sliced and dipped in fruit fresh.
Any fruit can be used and arranged as desired.
