cut up vegetables from garden
1/2 can milk
buttered bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
cheese, shredded (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a lightly buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.

Use any vegetables (the more the better); zucchini, green beans, potatoes, carrots, onion, peppers, corn, peas, or summer squash.
