1 package mini French or hard rolls
1 clove garlic, sliced
3 T parsley
1/2 cup cheese, shredded
2 stalks celery
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Stir top of rolls and dig out inside. Cube or tear inside into small sections and toast. Cook meat until done. Add onion, celery, and garlic and continue cooking until vegetables are soft. Remove from heat; add parsley, soup, cheese and toasted bread.
Stuff rolls with meat mixture and brush with garlic butter. Wrap in foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Freezes well. Cooked shredded roast works well also.
