1 pkg. Au gratin potatoes 2/3 C. milk
2 C. cubes of cooked ham (Substitute: corned beef or Spam)
2 1/2 C. boiling Water 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Empty potato slices into an ungreased 3qt. casserole dish. Stir in sauce. Mix with water, milk, peas, and ham. Cover and microwave 10 minutes. Stir. Cover and microwave 8 to 9 minutes. Stir. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Or cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6
