1 pound hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
2-3 boiled potatoes, mashed (leftover mashed potatoes or 4 servings instant mashed potatoes)
salt and pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 can cut green beans
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger, onion, and salt and pepper, and the chili powder together in a frying pan. Add the tomato sauce, the catsup and the green beans. Pour this mixture into a casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Just before serving top with grated cheese. Good and easy. This recipe came from the Parkinson cookbook by Lori Parkinson Sutton.
