2 C. minute rice 1 can cr. chicken soup
1 can cr. celery soup 1 cube of butter or margarine-melted
2 Tbs. onion flakes or medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper-to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and put in bottom of greased 9x13 casserole pan. Brown chicken or pork chops and put on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil. Cook at 300 degrees. Chicken for 1 1/2 hours and pork chops for 45 min.
