Ingredients:  
1 Pot Roast 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ C. Water ¼ tsp. Thyme
½ C. Beef Broth 4 Potatoes Peeled & cut into chunks
1 Tbs. Dry Onion Soup Mix 3 Carrots, cut into 1-2” lengths
1 Garlic Clove, Minced 1 Onion, quartered
Salt & Pepper to taste

Place meat in roasting pan. Mix ingredients together pour over roast. Bake 350 for 2-3 hours depending on size of roast. Remove Liquid thicken with cornstarch for gravy.
