Ingredients:  
3 to 4 cups unsifted flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 pkgs yeast
1 cup milk
cup water
stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with sugar, salt and yeast. Place milk, water, butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Add cup flour and beat 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. knead about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Place bowl in pan of warm water. Let rise 15 minutes. Shape and let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes.
