4 eggs 1/2 Lb. sausage
1 C. milk 4-oz.cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small onion, minced 4-oz Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 bell pepper, chopped 1 deep-dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onion, and pepper together until sausage browns. Drain. Place in pie shell. Top with shredded cheeses. Beat eggs with milk and over top of cheeses. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, then at 325 for 15 minutes.
