- 1 tbsp of all purpose flour
- tsp of salt
- cup of brown sugar
- cup of maple syrup
- tsp of grounded ginger
- tsp of nutmeg
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of melted butter
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of cooked pumpkin (or 1 can)

1- Mix all the dry ingredients together
2- Beat the eggs and add the milk, the melted butter and the maple syrup
3- Pour that mixture onto the pumpkin
4- Add the dry ingredients
5- Mix well with a mixer at slow speed
6- Pour the mix in a pre-cooked pie crust
7- Bake at 450F for 10 minutes
8- Reduce the heat to 350F for 30 minutes
