- ⅓ cup of sugar
- ⅓ cup of margarine

- 3 eggs
- 1 cups of sugar
- 1 tbsp. of finely chopped lemon zest
- ⅓ cup of lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. of flour
- tsp. of baking powder

1. Mix all ingredients for the base together.
2. Pour it on a cookie sheet evenly and pat them down.
3. Cook the base at 325 F for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
