Lola Ramsey Stuckey (Great Grandma Stuckey)


1 c sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 c boiling water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp vinegar
stick of butter
1 baked pie shell

2 egg whites
c sugar

Boil until thick. Pour into baked pie shell and add meringue (beat egg whites add sugar, beat until stiff). Put in oven and brown.
