1 17 oz can creamed corn
1 c. crushed saltines
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
2/3 c grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp melted butter
Dash sugar
Dash paprika
1/4 c. sliced ripe tomatoes (opt)
1 4-oz jar pimentos (opt)

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into buttered casserole. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hr.
