1 1/3 c. diced cooked ham
1 4-oz can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c butter
2 c egg noodles, uncooked
1 can green peas or 1 pkg. frozen peas
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Melt butter; saute ham and mushrooms. Cook noodles per package directions and heat peas. Drain. Add ham and cheese, toss lightly and serve
