2 medium size ripe tomatoes, quartered
1/4 medium onion
4 sprigs cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Jalapeno (1/3 for mild, 2/3 for medium, all of it for hot and spicy)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in food processor and mix to desired consistency.

Serve with tortilla chips.
