4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced ham, pre-cooked
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp diced onion
2 cups shredded, raw potatoe
1/2 cup cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine raw shredded potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese and press to bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. In a bowl combine eggs, peas, ham, 1 cup cheese, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well, pour into potato lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
