1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
½ cup powdered sugar
2 or 3 drops red food coloring
¼ cup poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yogurt and sour cream in mixer on low. Add instant pudding and mix well. Add powdered sugar and food coloring and mix until blended. Last stir in poppy seeds. Keep dressing refrigerated.

This is great served on fruit salad or as a fruit dip.
