32-oz. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 C. sour cream 1 C. shredded cheese
1/2 C. chopped onion 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9 X 13 baking dish. Top with crushed potatoe chips, crackers, or corn flakes and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degree oven for about 50 minute. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
