Ingredients:
Trim off excess fat from pork. Brown in hot skillet. Put browned chops into crock pot or oven roaster. Thinly slice 1 Walla Walla onion (or any sweet onion) and place over chops.

Mix and pour over meat:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or any combination of cream soups)
6 T catsup
4 T Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in crock pot on low for 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours (depending on how thick the chops are - if thin cook accordingly). In oven cook 365 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours (until chops are tender and ready to fall off the bone). The gravy is good over meat as well as over potatoes, rice, baking powder biscuits or whatever you like. NOTE: You don't need to limit yourself to pork chops. This is good for most any cut of meat.
