Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 or 2 cups of milk with salt & pepper to taste
2 or 3 heaping T. flour
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 pkg. macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Put macaroni in pan & cook according to recipe on box. When the noodles are tender, drain most of water off. Then use milk with salt & pepper to taste. Usually 1 tsp, of salt, I don't measure pepper, add 2 or 3 heaping T. flour to milk in a glass or jar & stir till flour has made a thick sauce and is smooth. Don't make it so thick it won't pour and add to noodles & stir in and cook until creamy, then take a lb of Velveeta cheese & chop into chunks, then put into noodle mixture and let cook over low heat until cheese is melted. You need to stir often to keep it from sticking & burning.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This takes practice. If the 1st time it is too thick, add milk, if it is too thin, take a little more milk in glass and add flour & beat until flour is dissolved, then add to noodle & cheese mixture. Keep practicing and you'll come out a winner.
