6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in bacon drippings. Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Simmer covered for 10 min. Add rice, remove from heat and let stand for five min. Fluff with fork and serve.
