2 T Vegetable Oil
1 14 oz Can Refried Beans
1 C Cheddar Cheese - shredded
1/2 C Onion - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour vegetable oil into a medium sized skillet. Spread the refried beans over the vegetable oil in the skillet.
2. Sprinkle onions and cheddar cheese over the refried beans evenly.
3. Turn on the heat to low or low medium. What you want to do is heat the beans and melt the cheese.

Serve with dinner.
