1 pkg. sliced german sausage
1 pkg. chicken tenders cut into bite size pieces
8 quartered small gold potatoes or red potatoes
1 diced green pepper
1 diced red pepper
1 small onion-chopped(optional)
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced german sausage in skillet until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
In same pan, cook chicken with salt and pepper(optional: 1 tsp red pepper flakes) until mostly done, stirring to make sure all sides are a bit browned.
In a 13x9x2 baking dish, mix meat and vegetables together. Sprinkle seasonings over all and mix together. Cover with foil.
Bake at 375º for about an hour.

This recipe doubles very easily, just increase baking time accordingly. Doubled it usually takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
