Ingredients:  
1 3/4# chicken, boiled and diced
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 lg bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 12-oz pkg vermicelli
2 qts chicken broth
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. salt
1 can waterchestnuts, (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter. Boil spaghetti in broth with bouillon and salt until low but not dry. Add remainder of ingreadients and bake at 350 for 30 min.

Note: Reserve some cheese for top. This freezes well.
