Ingredients:  
1 16 oz. can Red-Sock-Eye Salmon
2 eggs
cup flour (or enough to make thick)
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice off salmon, set aside.
Mix salmon, egg, and flour. Take cup juice and add baking powder, stir, then quickly add to salmon mix.
Drop salmon into hot oil by tsp. Will cook in a few seconds, to selected brownness.
