2 pounds hamburger
2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1 T paprika
1 15 ounce tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp tumeric
pinch cayenne
1 bay leaf
1 T cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 40-60 minutes. If chili gets too thick, add more beef broth. Serve over spaghetti noodles. 3 way: spaghetti, chili and cheddar cheese. 4 way: spaghetti, chili, cheddar cheese and red kidney beans (drained and rinsed). 5 way: spaghetti, chili, cheddar cheese, kidney beans and chopped onion.
