1 pound sausage or diced ham 6-7 slices of bread
1 dozen eggs 3 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 C. milk 3/4 C. cheese
1 can mushrooms 1 can cr. of mushroom soup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. In 9x13 in. pan (sprayed with cooking spray) place bread on the bottom of pan. Put meat on top of bread, then the grated cheese. Beat eggs in a bowl and add mustard, salt, pepper, and milk. Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Just before baking top with the soup and milk. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour.
