1 pound ground beef 2 onions (small)
1 can cr. of mushroom soup 1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 3/4 C. water 1/2 C. uncooked rice
1/4 C. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake for 30 more minutes. Top with chow mien noodles the last 10 minutes of baking. Oven temperature is 350.
