1 can Cajun style stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 C. chicken broth 2/3 C. rice
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper 1 bay leaf
2 C. cubed, cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is done. Makes four servings.

* My mom has made it with a small can of shrimp (drained) added after cooking. Just stir until the shrimp is heated. Tastes Great!
