1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chow mein noodles (plus some for serving)
1 15 ounce can mixed Chinese veggies, drained
1 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Using a 2 quart casserole dish, stir together the soup, water, and soy sauce. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve on light bed of additional chow mein noodles and top with slivered almonds.
