2 packages frozen California vegetables, defrosted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
4 cups chicken or turkey, cooked and chopped
3/4 cups water
3 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cheese, grated
1 1/2 cubes margarine, melted
4 cups dry stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat eggs, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and onion. Put vegetables in bottom of large greased pan. Layer chicken over top. Spread soup mixture over the top of chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Combine margarine, water and stuffing mix. Layer over top of vegetable, chicken, soup. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover and bake additional 45 minutes.
