1 can (28oz) whole tomatoes with juice
2 cans (10oz) rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 jalapeno quartered
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 cup cilantro or more
1/2 lime or whole lime depending on taste

Directions:

Blend everything at one time in blender or food processor. pulse until you get desired consistency.
Adjust your seasonings to taste.

This makes a huge batch of salsa...
I like mine smooth and with a whole lime and more cilantro
If you don't want spicy..then take out seeds in jalapeno. If you want it really hot add a serrano pepper
