Gayle Profaizer

1/2 cube margarine
\4 celery stalks
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of celery coup
2 cans Ro-Tel (I use one)
1 medium block Velveeta
1 pound cooked chicken, diced
1 onion
1 can olives
2 cans chicken soup
1/2 pound Mozzorella
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
32 ounce Linquine noodles

Saute onion, celery, chopped olives in butter till tender. Cook broth, soups, Ro-Tel and Velveeta until cheese is melted. Mix sauce, chicken and linguine together. Add onions and olives. Put in 2 9 x 13 pans. Sprinkle top with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees until hot through and cheese is melted. Approximately 45 minutes. Freezes beautifully and makes a lot.
