8 slices salmon
1/2 cup distilled vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
23 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
dried parsley flakes (optional)
810 cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish into a glass dish or container.

Combine ingredients for marinade, pour over fish.

Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours.

Pour off half of marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 45 minutes- 1 hour.
