4 whole chicken breasts (boiled or roasted, boned & skinned)cut into bite-sized pieces.
Sauce
1 can cr. mushroom soup 1 can cr. chicken soup
1 C. milk 1 med. onion (chopped)
1-7 oz. can salsa 1-3 oz. can chili peppers (diced)

Mix above ingredients together. Tear 1 dozen tortilla into pieces. Grate 1 pound cheddar cheese. In greased 9x13 casserole pan layer: tortillas, sauce, chicken, and cheese (alternating 3 times, ending with cheese). Refrigerate 12 hours to 3 days before using. Bake at 350 covered for 1 hr., 15 min., then uncovered for 15 min.
