4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 small onion, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pound sausage
4 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 deep dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onion, and pepper together until sausage browns. Drain. Place in pie shell. Top with shredded cheeses. Beat eggs with milk and over top of cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
