1 pound hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
Krinkly noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and drain the fat. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook a little longer until they are tender. Add the soup and the sour cream and heat through until warm. Serve over top of hot baked potatoes or hot krinkly noodles. This recipe is from my mother. Earlene Parkinson, Rexburg, ID.
