Banana Bread Recipe

2 to 3 very ripe bananas,peeled
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar...more or less depending how sweet you want your bread
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and butter a loaf pan
In a mixing bowl ,mash bananas until smooth.Stir the melted butter into the bananas.
Mix in baking soda and salt. stir in sugar, beaten egg and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
Pour batter in prepared loaf pan.
Bake 45 min to an hour.. Keep testing until toothpick comes out clean
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for a few minutes.
Remove from pan and slice and serve.
