1 can Nalley’s big beef stew (40 oz.)
2 can Campbell’s chunky beef and vegetable soup (17 oz.)
1 tall can, kidney beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large pot or kettle, heat on Medium and stir frequently and scrapping bottom, until stew is hot. Serve with whole grain toast and fruit.
