Ingredients: 3 C. Light brown sugar 1 1/2 C. Soy sauce 5 T. Sparkling dessert wine or sparkling grape juice 3 T. oil (sesame, olive, etc) 2 chopped green onions 2 cloves chopped garlic 1 t. Ground pepper 4-5 lbs. thin sliced beef (tenderloin, rib-eye, top sirloin, or sirloin)
In a bowl whisk together first seven ingredients. Place beef in glass dish pouring marinade mixture over beef, make sure its evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill beef until medium-well 3-5 minutes flipping half way through. Do in batches if necessary. Transfer beef to a serving platter and serve on top of rice, topped with chopped green onions, and toasted sesame seeds. (Tip: If the pieces of beef are small enough to fall through the grill grates, use a skillet or place a sheet of foil on the grill)
