2c. unbleached flour
3/4c. sugar
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
2tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1c. bananas (mashed)
1/2c. applesauce (or oil)
1/4c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1tsp vanilla

optional:
1c. chopped nuts
1/2c mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325*. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add eggs and bananas and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 45mins to an hour. Done when toothpick comes out clean.
