1 lb. Pecans (whole)
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250º
Beat 1 egg white with 1 tsp. of water. Coat pecans with egg mixture. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in separate bowl or use a large ziplock bag. Then pour pecans into dry mixture and coat well.

Transfer pecans to jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly and loosen with spatula.
