3 eggs 1 C. white sugar
1 C. oil 1 C. brown sugar
2 C. raw peeled Zucchini (blended in blender puree)
1 tsp. vanilla 3 C. flour
1 tsp. Salt 1 Tbs. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda tsp. Baking powder
C. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order given pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 1 hour 325 degrees. Double this for 3 nice loaves.
