In blender, beat until light and frothy:
1 cup hot tap water
1 1/3 cups oil
5 1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs

Combine in bowl:
4 cups flour
1 1/3 cups potato flakes
1/2 T dough enhancer
3/4 cup dry milk
4 T yeast

Add egg mixture and set aside. Then, in blender, combine:
1 cup hot water
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add to bowl. Fill blender with 2 cups hot water to swish out; add to egg - potato flake mixture alternating with 8 cups flour. Mix 15 minutes, raise, shape, raise, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
