2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 T sugar
1 t instant yeast
Mix these dry ingredients together then add:
1 1/2 cups hot water
Mix well then add:
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Knead 10 minutes and let rise until double in size. Roll out in 10 x 14 inch rectangular on a floured board. Cut into 1 inch strips with a pizza cutter. Melt 1 cube of margarine in a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Dip strips in margarine, fold in half, twist and lay side by side in pan. Sprinkle top with garlic salt, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Let raise and then bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned on top. I got this recipe from Marlene Bott at bread making class.
