1 package yeast (1 T)
1/2 cup warm water
2 T sugar
Dissolve yeast and sugar in the water.

1/4 cup sugar
4 cups flour
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup melted shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast mixture to remaining ingredients. Knead for about 5 to 10 minutes. Add a little more flour if needed to make soft dough. Let rise until double. Shape into rolls. Rise till double. Bake 7-15 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes about 20 big rolls. One cookie sheet full.
